Open plan living area: kitchen is compact but fully functional with everything that you could need from a full sized electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and compact freezer located under the stairs, dining area with space saving drop leaf table, seating area with sofa and chair, and a wall mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors to balcony area with outdoor seating, off street parking for two cars.

Local amenities 5 minute drive. Coastal path on the doorstep. Please note that the baths are positioned in the eaves so due care and attention is needed when getting in and out.
